The Annual Meeting of the Copper Creek Owners Association will be held on October 22, 2024, 6:00 pm, at the Copper Creek Golf Club.

Agenda
 
1) Establish quorum

2) Financial Report
     a) 2025 Budget
​
3) Old Business
     a) Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions were not properly approved by the homeowners regarding solar panels and swimming pools.
          i) The Articles of Incorporation require approval by three-fourths (3/4) of the Members of the Association (Owners of Lots).
          ii) Our Declarations require that the Owners possessing sixty percent (60%) or more of the Association voting rights may amend the Declarations.

4) New Business
     a) The Board has recommended changing the term of the association from perpetual to 22 years. At 22 years the Association will need to be renewed.
     b) The Board approved adding Plats 19, 20, 21 and removing Plat 12.
     c) The Board approved amending the percentage of homeowners needed to amend the CCR&E from 60% to 50%.
     d) Hiring of Management Company.
​
5) Nomination and election of new Board members.
     a) The Bylaws allow for 5 Board members; a minimum of 3 is required.
